Notice on service rate change; effective June 1st.
Effective June 1st 2008 we will be changing our service labour rate for regular service, rush serivce, as well as onsite service coverage. Our regular service rate will be now be $70 per hour, our rush service will be $110 per hour, and our onsite service will be $100 per hour.

No more waiting! We know how hard it is to live without your computer. That's why we've decided to do something about it. Drop off you repair prior to 12:01PM and we'll evaluate it the same day. Any repair that can be completed same day will be completed!

We welcome all computers covered by AppleCare Warranty whether or not it was purchased from Clickon. All computers under AppleCare that are dropped off before 12:01pm will be diagnosed on the same day.

Clickon Cleaning Service: This service includes: A forced air cleaning, case cleaning/full detailing, display cleaning, keybooard cleaning, and debris removal. We recomend you perform a thorough cleaning of your computer bi-anually to insure proper operation of your cooling system. We provide this service for only $25 plus applicable taxes.

*Average turn-around time for in-house repairs is one business day (may vary if parts are required). Repairs that do not require parts may be completed on the same day.
