PURCHASES MADE FROM CLICKON ARE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
ClickOn products and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
ClickOn strives to be competitive and will try to match or beat documented prices listed elsewhere for identical products which are in stock at an Authorized Canadian Reseller prior to purchase from ClickOn.
NEW products sold by ClickOn are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties and warranty service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
ClickOn DOES NOT OFFER ANY SEPARATE OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY ON NEW PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THE LIMITED, EXPRESS WARRANTY, IF ANY, OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
PREVIOUSLY-OWNED products sold by ClickOn are subject to a ninety (90) calendar day warranty covering materials and workmanship to be repaired or replaced at ClickOn’s discretion by our Apple Certified technicians located at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
“SALE” items may have a warranty less than ninety (90) calendar days.
UNREPAIRABLE: Where a product cannot be repaired, ClickOn will offer a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price within five (5) business days of such determination.
VOID WARRANTY: All warranties are voided if any unauthorized repair has been performed prior to bringing the product to ClickOn.
DELIVERY: It is the customer’s responsibility to have equipment delivered to our service facility located at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto.
RETURN: It is the customer’s responsibility to have equipment picked-up or request shipping from our service facility located at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto. Shipping charges are extra.
UNCLAIMED EQUIPMENT: Please pick-up your equipment within thirty (30) days. Equipment unclaimed after thirty (30) days notice from ClickOn may be considered abandoned and be sold, disposed of, or otherwise used at ClickOn’s discretion.
NO WARRANTY: There is no warranty on the following items:
USED: Toners, Fuser Assemblies.
DAMAGED: Where the unit has incurred Cosmetic damage, Liquid damage, Physical abuse or accident.
“AS IS” or “CLEARANCE”items.
New Apple computers include a one (1) year limited parts and labour warranty and up to three (3) months of free technical support, 9AM to 9PM EST seven (7) days a week from Apple.
During the warranty period, you may call 1-800-263-3394 to receive information about your warranty or repair service. You will need your device serial number.
AppleCare+ extended warranty coverage is available for purchase within the first sixty (60) days of ownership of new Apple computers. Extended AppleCare+ adds additional coverage to your new Apple computer and select Apple accessories for up to an additional two (2) years.
Purchase of AppleCare+ warranty protection from ClickOn includes activation. The named warranty holder will receive by email from Apple, a warranty certificate confirming the terms of AppleCare+ warranty coverage. You can read about AppleCare+ in Canada, at: www.apple.com/ca/support/products/
ClickOn is an Apple Authorized Premium Service Provider. We provide complete parts and labour warranty service and facilitate your warranty service with Apple.
Some items, as per Apple Canada’s policies, may require return of the entire unit directly to Apple.
Unless covered by the AppleCare On-Site Protection Plan, all repairs are performed in house by Apple Certified technicians at ClickOn’s technical services department located at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto.
As an Authorized Service Provider, our agreement with Apple is for hardware repair only and includes no software or customer support whatsoever.
Please be aware that software issues such as conflicts and compatibility, operating system updates or re-installation, settings issues or other user-established parameters are not covered under warranty.
4) RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Within five (5) business days of your purchase, for any reason, you may return your unopened product in its original packaging with all original materials for a store credit, merchandise exchange or refund equal to the purchase price.
Within seven (7) business days of your purchase, for any reason, you may return your opened product in its original packaging with all original materials for merchandise exchange, store credit or refund in the amount of the then current price for that product (or your original purchase price, whichever is lower) less a 20% restocking fee.
Unopened software may be returned in the original package for exchange, store credit, or refund equal to the purchase price.
Opened Software may not be returned.
Missing manuals or media, or damaged media: Please contact the manufacturer directly.
Special Order software may not be returned.
DAMAGED or SHORT SHIPPED ITEMS:
Damaged or short shipped items must be reported to Sales@ClickOnMacs.com within two (2) business days of confirmed delivery or pick-up of goods. We will work with you to make it right.
EXCLUSIONS: No returns, no refunds on the following:
Used or Open Box equipment, custom orders, special order items, services, training, open in-ear headphones, media, ink, toner, batteries or other consumables, “As-Is”, “Sale”, End of Life, “Final Sale”, “Clearance”or items as otherwise noted on the bill of sale.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS of RETURNS:
All returns must be brought to the sales counter at ClickOn, or shipped freight prepaid and insured, accompanied by the original ClickOn receipt with written returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) to ClickOn at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto.
Shipping charges to return the product are the customer’s responsibility.
ORIGINAL ITEMS and PACKAGING:
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally purchased; must include all packaging, documentation, blank warranty cards, software, and any other accessory included or bundled with the product.
MISSING ITEMS, PACKAGING or RECEIPT:
Items without all original packaging and accessories, or unaccompanied by an ClickOn invoice will not be refunded.
REFUND, CREDIT, PAYMENT METHOD:
ClickOn will only issue store credits or refunds to the individual or company named on the ClickOn invoice. Refunds will be made via the method of the original payment. Where the name on the invoice and credit card that paid for the purchase differs, the refund will be made to the cardholder.
5) DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCTS:
APPLE COMPUTERS (new, current models only):
Within seven (7) business days following the invoice date, defective Apple computers (as defined by Apple Canada’s definitions of non-functioning on first use) will receive rush priority service at ClickOn’s service department to assess the problem.
ClickOn will make every reasonable effort to expedite the fastest repair possible, or replace the entire unit where inventory levels allow. Rental units may be made available at a discount.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE (new, currently produced goods):
If your product is non-functioning within the first seven (7) business days of the invoice date, ClickOn will replace the DOA product via store exchange. ClickOn may direct the customer to the manufacturer per the manufacturer’s DOA/Repair/Replacement policy.
Some manufacturers require that DOA merchandise be returned directly to them and may pay for part or all of the shipping charges involved to and/or from their depot.
All DOA exchanges brought to the ClickOn sales counter, or shipped freight prepaid and insured, must be accompanied by the original ClickOn receipt with written returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) to ClickOn at: 212 O’Connor Drive M4J 2T4 Toronto. If you wish to have the product shipped back to you, shipping charges will apply.
6) WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
Limited and express warranties made by manufacturers, if any, are included with the documentation accompanying product purchases.
ClickOn makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of Images and descriptions of products provided by manufacturers. Colours and features may vary or be improved.
ClickOn makes no warranty of any nature, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than as may be provided by the manufacturer.
7) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLICKON BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, IN DIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, WHETHER OR NOT CLICKON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CLICKON‘S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CLICKON, OF ANY PRODUCT.
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY OF CLICKON EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
8) GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, LEGAL FEES:
As a ClickOn customer you agree that all sales shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with ClickOn’s Sales and Return Policy, and Ontario law.
The parties agree that the Provincial or Federal courts of Ontario of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claim or action arising out of, or in connection with purchases made from ClickOn, and that all such actions shall be resolved in Toronto, Ontario. ClickOn shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs of enforcement.
9) BACKUP: PLEASE BACKUP YOUR DEVICE before bringing your equipment to ClickOn.
While we take every precaution; data loss –though rare, can happen.
ClickOn is not responsible for data loss of any kind.
